Memory settings for server with 4GB RAM

Hi

I would like to ask what would be that best configuration for mysql in order to maximize 4GB of memory or at least maximize the memory up to its fullest. Before our server has 2GB memory and we used the sample for my-huge.cnf. Are there any parameters that we could change to maximize the newly installed memory.
