First, great Thank you all for helping out.

Aftab, the query I am talking about that needs and have good performance is the other query where I have the Uid and need all rows for that Uid. It most certainly is faster with the index we have today. I agree that switching keys would probably solve the reporting issue I am seeking help for - but it would also seriously impair the Uid SELECT.
