Hi,

In order to be able to give good advice on improving query performance, we need to know more about the tables involved. (The output of SHOW CREATE TABLE for both tables would be useful.) However, assuming that iViewConferenceId is a column of the meeting table, I would guess what is needed is to create an index on this column.
