Beides providing the SHOW CREATE TABLE for both tables, what is the selectivity of ISDUPLICATED, VOUCHERBASEDR and REFILLPROFILEID?
Assuming REFILLPROFILEID is selective enough, my guess is that an index on (accounteventid, REFILLPROFILEID) would probably help.
