who help me:about mysql ndb install and debug from source on the linux??

I want to investigate mysql NDB cluster by debugging source on Redhat linux 4 32bit.Now i download a file "
mysql-5.0.27.tar.gz,Can you give some advice about
1.How to compile and install mysql which storage is ndb from source code .Now i compile and install mysql from source but the storage is n't ndb.
2.which development tools or environment of mysql than i can dedug code and trace in on the Redhat enterprise linux 4.
