long_query_time is 5 then after i get slow-query of 0 and 1 seconds

Hi,
I have set long_query_time = 5
although i am getting query in slow-query-logs which take time 0, 1, 2 seconds for execution.
Can anyone suggest me where is the issue and how can i solve?
