ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 20: Can't create table '.frm' (errno: 604)

I am importing all my data back into the MySQL Cluster however after I import about 34 tables I start getting errors. I have found that I do not receive the errors if I take out the primary key from the rest of the tables. Bellow are the errors I am getting:

Processing g_skidoott.out
ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 20: Can't create table './miniclip_stats/g_skidoott.frm' (errno: 604)
Processing g_slacking.out
ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 20: Can't create table './miniclip_stats/g_slacking.frm' (errno: 604)
