This shows that you still have total DataMemory defined as 32K*2560 pages = 81920K = 80M.
Node 2: Data usage increased to 83%(2136 32K pages of total 2560)
When you change configuration variables you must first restart the ndb_mgmd, then restart each ndbd in turn so that this new value is used.

With a table of this definition 1,000,000 rows would take about 145MB per replica. So, you should only have just over 550,000 rows in this table.
