Hi Cheng,
You can't add new data nodes to a running MySQL Cluster.
If I recall correctly, you'll need to back up the cluster, shut it down, add the new node (modifying the data node's my.cnf file and the management server's config.ini file appropropriately), start the cluster with the new configuration, then restore from the backup.
