sorry, I've flushed the logs 2 weeks ago when I moved from 5 nodegroups (10 ndb nodes) to 4 nodegroups. (8 ndb nodes)

the problem "duplicate key" seems to have disapeared.
it seems to be very important to use 2^n nodegroups

the other error "lock wait timout exceeded" continue to occur from times to times.
but nothing in the cluster log at this moment.
