I presume you have localhost specified somewhere in the config file.
You need to put network IP addresses in the config file as we ship this file across the network to the other nodes (and they need to know how to communicate with the other nodes - localhost means somewhere different on each machine!).
and a tip, if you're config file is config.ini, you don't have to specify it on the command line.
