Cluster Availability

According to the manual, for a 2 storage-node cluster, I would setup 1 mgm and 1 SQL node. Also, it says that an application would access the cluster through the SQL node. Now what happens if the SQL node fails? The whole cluster would fail from the application's point of view, as it would be unreacheable. As I see having only one SQL node, would make it the *single point of failure*.

What would be the solution? Adding more SQL nodes? And if this is the case, if one of the SQL node fails, would I need to code/solve the problem myself (i.e. redirecting all the connections the other SQL node) Or does the cluster have a *built-in* solution for this?

Thanks.
