Data nodes took too long to start after updating config.ini on Management node

Guys pls help.

After updating the MaxNoOfConcurrentOperations in config.ini on my management node. As I was on the process of the rolling restart, the data nodes took too long to start. Is there something that I can do to make it fast? Or is it hardware related issues (RAM, CPU, etc.) that's causing the delay of the starting of the data nodes?
