NDB cluster is memory sensitive, have you check your cluster to see whether your
cluster is working in a good status, just type ndb_mgm -e "all report memory" to see whether your cluster has over 32% free memory.
And these below condition should delay your ndb cluster's showing result:
1st, does the first page of displaying results have the same rows between two engine?
2nd, Isn't there any other query only executed in NDBCluster?
3rd, Is your ndbclusters' network not heavy blocked?
etc.
According to ndbcluster's original designing, ndbcluster should faster than INNODB engine.
