1. Start up your manager(s)
2. Start up your data nodes with the -n flag (so they connect but don't auto start)
3. Verify on the manager that all data nodes are connected (ndb_mgmd> show)
4. In the management client, start all the nodes together (ndb_mgmd> all start)
5. Wait...
6. Once all nodes are started (ndb_mgmd> all status), start up your api nodes.
