Why are you using a version of NDB Cluster that's 3+ years old?

The first thing you should do is to upgrade to a current release (7.3.15 is the latest 7.3--however I'd suggest going with the latest 7.4 or 7.5 release since 7.3 is getting old), then see if you continue to have the issue.
