Upgrades from 7.4.12 to 7.5.4 are quite ok to perform.
So first upgrade the management servers,
Next upgrade the data nodes one at a time.
Next upgrade the MySQL Servers.
Done
Even easier to perform using MySQL Cluster Manager.
