It has definitely been considered. To increase it to
25 kBytes is fairly simple. To increase to a higher value
requires data structure changes in the tuple manager, so a bit more
work.

Also increasing the row size has an effect on memory buffers
and the risk of running of buffer space.

But definitely under consideration, but as usual no promises on when it
happens.
