Should be ok to use ndbmtd --initial, it is a new data node, but since
it is in no node group, the other nodes will not send any data to it
during restart. The interaction will happen when you perform the ALTER
TABLE REORGANIZE PARTITIONS table_name. So the start should be a normal
restart of a node and thus no major effect on other nodes since there is
no data to synchronize.
