A first step to recover is to upgrade to the latest 7.4 version. The crash you posted seems like a bug that most likely have been fixed. Second there are tools to read those FragLog files, but to restore data from those is what you pay for support to handle if it ever occurs. The automatic process is obviously the
recovery code in NDB.
