I found out that its importent that the key (KEY `kampagne_id, brugernavn` (`kampagne_id`,`brugernavn`) ) needs to be added before the other keys. This makes a much better result. If not it uses one of the other keys!

Why cant it use the key containing the right columns automaticly insted of using af key only containg one of the indexed coloums. Because I dont belive it is possible to change the order of the keys after they ar added or is it?
