Replicate between multiple versions of MySQL
Hi all,
Im planning to setup a master/slave replication service between my production mysql server, running 4.1, and a test server, running 5.0.16.
My questions:
a. what are the common pitfalls, that should be avoided, in this scenario.
b. is this possible (this is the objective of my exercise, but would help if some one has tried this and wants to share the knowledge).
