How to import a file in to mysql table

Hi
I have one text file with some 15 fields in one server,These fields are separated by '|' symbol.
Eg : firstname | lastname | sex | age
harini v F 20
rohini t F 23
I want insert these fields into mysql table (MYSQL TABLE RESIDES IN ANOTHER SERVER). please suggest me how to do it?. i need it urgently.
