Umesh,
I changed my Command Line Prompt to the Windows Prompt from the MySQL Prompt.
I entered the following exactly, w/ non-spaces and spaces exactly as represented below.
There was no error, but I only received a returned blinking cursor.
c:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 4.1\bin>mysql -uroot -pxxxxxx online_store<db_store-20051004022039.sql
It seems to be the same result I received prior, only at the Windows Prompt rather than the MySQL prompt.
Thanks,
Doug S.
