That is, you are willing to have the SAN as a single-point-of-failure?
If you have a _Slave_ (not another Master in a Galera setup), you can stop mysqld on the Slave, capture the disk (or the tree where mysql is). This will provide a point-in-time snapshot of the entire data. I am not familiar with what it would take to rebuild Galera from such a dump, but all the data would be there.

Are you hoping to use all 3 in the same system?
InnoDB and MyISAM can coexist on a single Galera-based (or non-Galara) system. What I described above works for such.
NDB Cluster is a different animal. It does its own 'clustering' and 'scaleout', and is probably totally incompatible with Galera. (I could be wrong.)
