Help required on live backup procedure

Hi,

I'm currently backing up my INNODB tables using mysqldump. The problem is that its locking up the database inparticular with the large GB tables.

Can anyone suggest another way / software that will;

not lock out the tables while the backup is in progress
(nice to have) incremental backups of changes only
automated
quick restore if required

Anyone's help would be appreciated.
