mysqldump --all-database issue

Hello,

We had about 30 or so MySql InnoDB databases in our MySQL instance. We were running a nightly cron job that would do a mysqldump --all-databases and then we would compress this file using bzip2.

We have discovered however that for at least the past 30 days (as we only retain the past 30 mysqldumps) the mysqldump has not backed up all the databases. It actually has on included 5 out of the 30 databases in the .spl script.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or know how to fix it?
