Mysqldump point in time recovery.

Hi,
I have a mysql instance with 50 databases, binary log is enable. I get a backup every night using mysqldump for 15 of these dbs, using --single transaction and the --master-data to get the current binlog position.
In case i want to restore one database using point in time with the binlogs, if i apply the bin logs what going to happen to other dbs? Mysql will re-run the same statements for all databases? Is there any other approach to suggest on that scenario?

Thank you in advance
