Mysql Enterprise Backup - single databse backup / restore to same server

I have 600 GB of innodb mysql databases in a windows environment. 4 of the databases are over 100 GB. mysqldump is really impractable for that size of database. If a single database gets corrupted and I need to restore that single database, does Oracle's mysql enterprise backup have that flexablility?

Currently, I am using mysql enterprise backup with a weekly full and daily incremental backups.
