MS Backup good enough?

Hello,
I have a Windows 2003 Server (running as webbserver) that I backup every night using the Microsoft Backup util.
I simply make it copy inetpub so I can restore their websites. However I also take full backup of the "MySQL datafiles" directory. In the directory the following files are located:
/ibdata1 (20megs)
/data (folder)
/data/ib_logfile0 (85 meg)
/data/ib_logfile1 (85 meg)
/data/*a dir for each database.
So the above data is backed up every night.
However I wonder it this would be sufficient enough for a restore? I'm talking about simply replacing the whole structure shown above with the one in my backup.
Would that work or do I need to use some special MySQL backup utility?
Thanx in advance and merry x-mas to everyone!
