MySQL Enterprise Backup - Empty Databases

I am using MEB with the -TTS option to backup individual databases. I have some databases that have been created, but no objects(tables, views, etc) have been created in them yet. When MEB encounters these databases, it fails with an errors saying "150514 08:51:30 mysqlbackup: ERROR: No tables to copy." how can I make MEB skip empty databases or ignore them?
