We are using MySQL Server 8.0 running on window server, we are now designing the Database Backup and recovery strategy. Grateful if any expert can reply below enquiries:

1. Can we just use simple window copy and paste function for a valid MySQL Database Backup and recovery ?

2. If point one is true, which folders we should back up in order to fully restore the functional MySQL Database ? as we see there at least two data folders is somewhat confuse which should be backup, please advise if any other folders we should back up ?

a) C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\data
b) C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\Data

3. If point one is true, any official documentation we can follow the relative Backup and recovery procedures ?

Thanks a lot
