well next time you may want to test that out before you stop the current session for sure. You have any other user that had permissions on the mysql database. What OS is the server running from? Because if it's Windows there are root equivalent users if you haven't ran the mysql_secure_installation. If you aren't on windows, then all those users only have access to the test database. Otherwise, go to a backup of the mysql table. If you don't have one, then hopefully someone else can give some advice. This would be a nice time to setup a backup if you don't have one for sure.
