Doesn't solve your problem, however if the parameters included -p number
make sure that that program isnt still running as a service or something as that will be listening on whatever port specified after -p for anybody to connect and then run commands on your server.

Don't know if you can remove commands from SQL, probably can but i wouldnt know how.
