MySQL does not appear to have sylog capabilities. As per company security requirement all log files are required to be stored on a central logging server. I am trying to figure out a way to get the mysql query log on this central log server, without having to scp the file over.

Has any one figured out a good way to handle this? Perhaps even some method that uses tee or a fifo?
