Strange incoming connetion request from Mysqld-nt.exe

Hi.
I have recently installed a firewall (Agnitum Outpost 1.0), and it have alerted me of an strange behaviour of the file Mysqld-nt.exe
It request an incoming connection from an unknown location (wifijet76-30.eurotel.cz).
In my researching, I have found no clues about that.
Should I allow this type of connections? In afirmative case, what for?
