Force linking to a Mysql database

Ok,

I use a mysql database (v4) to run a phpbb forum (Version 3) for a group of people that play an online game, one of the members that runs the frontend website posted the below.

*****************************

with the Development of my new Web Script utilizing the new ASP.Net 2007 Language......some irrelevant info

using the forum Database I have developed a Pro-Synth v2 Script that Directly Force-Links all Data posted from any precise Region of his Database to My Host-Server

*****************************

the thing that bothers me the most about this is that he appears to be doing this to prove some kind of point (my forum got hacked about 2months ago because i changed access to a folder and forgot to change it back after i had done what was needed, which someone exploited to screw up the forum). If he had asked then i would have given him whatever he required, but now i dont want to.

so it brings me to my question of :

How is this possible ?
How can i prevent this from happening ?

Thanks in advance
