Actually, I thought it will match the blank anonymous user which usually given access to the `test` database, but even after I removed the blank anonymous user, I am still able to access the `test` database with a user with no privilege on the test database. So, it is not cause by the anonymous user.
Not sure if this is a "feature" or a "bug".
