Depends on what are the factors you need and the OS you're using.
We currently do not have any direct support for 2FA in MySQL. But one can get creative and use things like PAM authentication to configure 2FA.
E.g. you can probably combine https://www.mysql.com/products/enterprise/security.html with https://developers.yubico.com/yubico-pam/Two_Factor_PAM_Configuration.html.
I'd love to hear about your experiences with it.
