It all depends on how exactly are you databases hosted.
Are you using RDS or Aurora ? Or are you self-hosting in a compute instance ?
If it's one of the former you will need to contact amazon support.
If it's the latter then the certs are probably someplace that instance's filesystem. Check the system variables (ssl-*) for their location.
