Hi Sandip,

What exactly are you complaining about here?
You start with configuring the keyring_file plugin which you did successfully. But then you have disabled the plugin (by editing the config file) and are complaining that it doesn't work?

It won't, as it's not loaded, right?

Then you ask repeatedly how to load and configure the keyring_okv plugin. I believe you need to follow https://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-security-excerpt/8.0/en/keyring-okv-plugin.html to configure it.

Id you have difficulties with that and are an enterprise customer, I'd suggest reaching out to the excellent MySQL support team as was previously suggested.
