If you have access to the webserver your MySQL is connected with, you can put PhpMyAdmin on it. It's installation is only a nmatter of putting the php scripts in place, and then setting up the config.
No "installaion" rights reqired, only access to the webserver.

Google phpmyadmin to find it.
