Broken backup in 1.0.21

After updating from 1.0.19 to 1.0.21 I found that MA can't restore its own backups. New version makes slightly different files. I found that there are no back-quotes around scheme name in new files. Maybe there are more differencies. I'm using WinXP SP2.
