Problem with Mysql Administrator

Hello, we have MySQL installed as a service on a Windwos 2003 Enterprise service with SP1, recently we are having MySQL server hangs; when the server hangs we stop and restart the service and all is working fine during 1 or 2 days. Another thing, that we have detected, is that a user that is Server Operator on the domain can`t manage service (Stop,Start) through the MySQL Administrator on the Service Control tab. Aparently only domain administrator menbers have access to that.

Finally is important to coment that MYSql server is installed on a domain controller.

Anyone have an answer for that?
