Can Mysql Administrator work on windows 64 bits ?

Hello,

I have used Mysql Administrator version 1.2.12 under Windows 32 bits for years. I am satisfied with its scheduled backup.
Next week, I will upgrade my server in order to get larger innodb buffer. I will use Windows 7 pro 64 bits and Mysql 64 bits version.

My question :
a) Can Mysql Administrator version 1.2.12 (32 bits) work on my new 64 bits sistem ?
b) Can the older backup file (32 bits) be restored to my new 64 sistem ?

Thanks
John
