Threads_running parameter value not increasing
I am doing a tolerance test against the MySQL 5.5 database.
From the client side, I am pushing 1000 threads sequentially.
When I monitored the MySQL db, the Threads_running parameter
value always shows a less value of 5 - 6.
The max_connections is set as 500.
I am using Linux server with 16 GB RAM and 300 *4 RAID HD.
Kindly advice.
