privileges - db creator getting ownership

Hello everyone,
I got a question about the creator privileges on mysql.
I want to setup a mysql with multiple users and their own DBs. Up to this; no big deal. The problem is that i got a client that wants to create new databases on the fly. Si I thought about giving him the creator privilege thinking that he would get ownership on the DB he just created but he doesn't.
So I want to know if it is possible with mysql to give privileges so that a user can create and own his own DBs without having access to others' DBs?
