MySQL Error Number 1130 IP not allowed to connect to this MySQL Server

When i am trying to connect from mysql server with servers' ip i am getting error
"Could not connect to specified instance, My Sql Error number 1130, Host is not allowed to connect this MYSQL Server" but when i am trying to connect with 127.0.0.1 then it is working, Ping is working.

Kindly give solution,
