How to create a backup-only user
Am a newbie, and i need to make a new user ONLY for making backups. That user should not have any other priviledges ie to read , modify or perform any other operations. This would be a strictly a backup user.
Also, i cannot use workbech, so i have to use the console interface. Need a query for that. Googling gave me lots of unusuable results.
