Your message makes very little sense, but I'll take a stab at answering.

XAMPP does not include the ODBC driver for MySQL. To use ODBC to access the MySQL server installed by XAMPP, you'll need to install Connector/ODBC, which you can download at http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/odbc/
